Secretary Sudders offered valuable insights and perspectives into the human services sector. Recognizing the complexity of the challenges facing human service nonprofits, Secretary Sudders emphasized in her remarks the importance of government-nonprofit partnerships and of open communication between nonprofits and public agencies to best serve people.
On the topic of nonprofits approaching the Executive Office of Health and Human Services, Sudders said encouragingly, “We will engage with anyone who wants to come to the table.”
