2020 Nonprofit Excellence Awards

Every year, MNN honors the passion and impact of nonprofit professionals and organizations in the state’s nonprofit sector with the Nonprofit Excellence Awards. Excellence Awards highlight the incredible work of nonprofit professionals and organizations across the state in six categories. The 2020 Nonprofit Excellence Award winners are:

  • Excellence in Innovation – Dudley Square Neighborhood Initiative (DSNI)
  • Excellence in Leadership – Mary Beth McMahon, President and CEO, Special Olympics Massachusetts

  • Excellence by a Small Nonprofit – The North Shore Alliance of LGBTQ Youth
  • Excellence by a Young Professional – Joy Murrieta, Co-Founder and Executive Director, Main IDEA Youth & Arts
