New Overtime Law: How Does This Affect My Organization?


Is your nonprofit organization ready for the new overtime rules that will go into effect on December 1, 2016? Have you calculated how this change will impact your nonprofit’s budget? Do you have a plan in place for compliance?

On Thursday, October 13th, 2016, join the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network and the College for Social Innovation for a panel discussion on the new overtime laws and how these changes will impact your organization. In this 90 minute session, you will hear from a Department of Labor representative, an accounting expert, and a specialist in nonprofit law. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share some of the successes and challenges as your organization prepares for this regulatory change.
