Shavon Andrews is a passionate, dependable leader on the HR team, who uses her 20+ years of experience in Human Resources & Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) work to help Insources clients achieve further success. Known for her action-oriented determination to build respectful relationships, Shavon supports multiple clients with their HR management needs. This includes policy development, staffing, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations, benefits program design and administration, and compensation. She is a frequent trainer and facilitator primarily focused on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Shavon has a Bachelor of Biological Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and the Senior Professionals in Human Resources. (SPHR)

Tina Harris is an approachable and skilled member of the HR team, known for instilling trust and helping clients determine the solution that best meets their business needs.

As a Senior HR Consultant, Tina serves as the primary Human Resources resource for several clients in various industries. Working as part of the service delivery team, she provides HR services on all employment matters including routine and complex employee relations/performance issues, policy creation, and leadership mentoring. Her hands-on approach helps to make HR understandable and accessible to all levels of the organization. Tina has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, graduating cum laude from Franklin Pierce University, NH.
