Springfield College campuses in Boston and Springfield offer bachelor's and master's degrees for adults seeking degrees and leadership education in human services and nonprofit management.

The bachelors in human services are hybrid programs, offering a mix of online and face-to-face classes. Classes are offered in the evenings, or two weekends a month. Concentrations include criminal justice, early childhood education, community youth development and leadership, and substance abuse counseling.

Master's programs include the MBA in Nonprofit Management, a 12-month program for qualified, full-time adults. Classes meet either online or one weekend a month.

All programs are adult-friendly, affordable, and regionally accredited.
