Liz Reinhardt began her career as an Assistant Attorney General in the Massachusetts Division of Public Charities. She has worked with nonprofit organizations, including nonprofit corporations, charitable trusts, and religious organizations, as a trusted lawyer, regulator, advocate, consultant, educator and board member for over 20 years.  A frequent public speaker, she maintains a law firm in Concord, Massachusetts in association with attorneys Erin Cashman, Constance Castro and Machiko Sano Hewitt. Together they bring a depth of knowledge, experience, and commitment to their work.  

The Firm provides start-up counsel to emerging nonprofits; corporate counsel supporting management in operations, employment and business matters; transaction counsel in nonprofit acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions; advocacy in state and federal regulatory matters, representation in probate court actions in deviation, cypres, and termination proceedings on behalf of charitable fiduciaries and beneficiaries; and as legal counselors to nonprofit boards in areas including fiduciary responsibility, bylaws and policy development and conflict of interest avoidance.
