The 2011 MNN/AGM Conference & Expo offers a unique opportunity to showcase your organization while showing your appreciation for the nonprofit sector.

In addition to the many other benefits, all sponsorships include an exhibition table, giving you the opportunity to make a personal connection with your target audience.

Exhibition Tables

This year’s exhibition will showcase approximately 50 exhibitors, including sponsors.

We are excited that the conference will be contained on one floor, allowing all exhibition tables to be placed either in the hotel lobby or in one of the hallways adjacent to the ballroom or other workshop rooms, giving exhibitors maximum attendee traffic.

To further drive traffic to our exhibitors, a complimentary continental breakfast for all attendees will be set up in the main exhibition space in the lobby and coffee will be served in this space throughout the day. We have also added more time in the schedule for attendees to visit the exhibition tables, and we are introducing a “passport” program that will give attendees additional incentive to visit the exhibition tables.

All exhibition tables include:

  • One six-foot skirted exhibition table (to be staffed by up to two exhibitors)
  • Your company name featured on the conference event page on the MNN website and on the sponsor page in the program booklet

Advertising Space

Advertising in the program booklet is a great way to introduce your company to the over 500 expected attendees.

Ad sizes:

  • Full-Page Ad (7.5”W x 10”H)
  • Half-Page Ad (7.5”W x 4.75”H)
  • Quarter-Page Ad (new!) (3.5”W x 4.75”H)

MNN and AGM members receive a 20% discount on all sponsorships, exhibition tables, and ads.

  • MNN members – enter your MNN username and password when accessing the form to take advantage of this discount
  • AGM members – enter your email address to access the form. When completing the form, please select “yes” when asked if you are an AGM and enter your AGM username on the payment page to take advantage of this discount
