Youth/Young Adult Health Navigator

The youth/young adult navigator will lead youth/young adults 14-24 in Franklin and Hampshire Counties to form a youth council for social change and healing justice. The navigator position will also serve as a liaison between health care partners and other local youth serving organizational partners to increase access to quality health care for youth/young adults with a focus on LGBTQ youth, Black and brown youth, and youth with low incomes.  

This is a part time 18.75 hours per week nonexempt position with a pay range of $ 17.13-18.17 per hour. Excellent benefits, training, supervision and collaborative work environment.
