As a member of our senior leadership team, this role leads and manages all aspects of the agency’s Human Resources functions, including, but not limited to, employee relations, payroll, talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, worker’s compensation, policies and all compliance activities.  Serve as a strategic business partner for agency, serving 350 employees across 8 locations on the Cape and the Southcoast.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background, with broad knowledge of the content areas noted above; at least 10 years of human resources experience, with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role.  Excellent communication, organizational, relationship building and project management skills are a must.  Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and G Suite required; familiarity with Kronos Workforce Ready preferred. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or PHR certification a plus. This role is based out of our South Yarmouth location.
