**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days) **


Position: Program Supervisor

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Rate of Pay: $28.00 Per hour

Hours: 40 Hours per week

Schedule: Day Shift with on-call responsibility

 

Summary:
  • We are seeking a Program Supervisor with extensive knowledge and experience with mental health and substance use populations. Oversee a DMH funded residential setting for 6 Dually Diagnosed adults: Supervise daily operations and a team of staff, provide the clinical lead for client treatment teams, run recovery-oriented groups, attend funder meetings, and assist the Program Director in hiring. Knowledge of community dual diagnosis treatment resources is a plus. This position is multi-faceted with both strong clinical and administrative skills required, as well as excellent organizational skills. This is a position where you can work for a great agency and make your own mark on a program that is client-centered, supportive, and trauma informed!

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services or related field strongly preferred; minimum of a High School Diploma, GED/Hi-Set required.
  • Three to five years working with the mental health and substance use population required. Residential treatment strongly preferred. 
  • Three years of supervisory experience required.
  • LSW, LADC, LMHC, or CADC Certification strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with DMH licensing and funding strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with diverse populations required.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a willingness to transport members in personal vehicle.
