Family Service Specialist

Oversees family services, engagement and enrollment in assigned area. Ensures compliance with Head Start Standards and EEC subsidy regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor Degree in social work, human services or related field
• Supervisory Experience preferred
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to problem solve independently and within a group
• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Proficient with computer programs for data entry and analysis
• Reliable transportation and a valid Massachusetts driver’s license
