DSP/CNA’s are expected to encourage development of life, social and recreational skills, community and health care access. Adaptability, strong moral ethics, outstanding problem solving and judgement and excellent oral and written communications are key strengths you must possess in order to successfully oversee and manage the overall health of program participants.
Current Massachusetts Nurse’s Aide Registration is required AND A MUST. Valid driver’s license in the state of Massachusetts. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
