An impactful nonprofit servicing families experiencing homelessness in the Metro Boston Area is searching for a Chief Financial Officer. As part of the Leadership Team you would oversee a small finance team and work closely with the CEO. This role will oversee the activities of the finance department including the annual audit and budget process. You will be a thought partner with the CEO to design and implement financial strategies consistent with the strategic direction, while also providing forecasts and trend analysis to the management team and the Board of Directors. The organization has approximately 60 employees and revenue in the range of $8 – 10 million.
