GovernanceMassNonprofitNet is governed by a founding Board of Directors, which meets monthly to further develop the structure and services of our association. Eight of these board members represent the eight subsectors; eight of them are regional representative from Southeast, Cape & Islands, Berkshire, Pioneer Valley, Central, Northeast, Southeast, and Boston. . In addition, at-large board members represent alliances, networks, stakeholders, academia, philanthropy, the public sector, and organizations of all sizes. The organization operates under the fiscal sponsorship of Third Sector New England.
