Learn how to choose, organize and present each of the most common reports that any nonprofit admin will use in this Salesforce Advanced Reporting workshop. Leave with the confidence to run the right report, correctly, and show your staff and board what’s happening now and what may happen in the future!
We will identify the type of information you’ll need from each report, learn how to select the report type, and ultimately how to present the data to others in your organization. We will also review the structure of Salesforce and its role in reporting so that you have a wide-angle view on building reports.
